NORTHFIELD, Minn. — Several Carleton College athletic events have seen start times/dates changed due to this spring’s unpredictable weather. While many of those contests have now been played, several have yet to be played/rescheduled. The most recent schedule changes are highlighted in yellow below (updated: Sunday, May 1):
Baseball
• March 30 — 9-inning game at Bethany Lutheran College postponed… no make-up information available.
• April 4 — DH vs. Northland College postponed… no make-up information available.
• April 24 — 9-inning game vs. Crown College (previously postponed from April 18) postponed again…no make-up information available.
• April 29 — Game 2 vs. Hamline University suspended due to rain with Carleton leading 4-3 in middle of 5th inning… now scheduled to be completed on Monday, May 2 at 2:30 p.m. and followed by a 9-inning non-conference game between the same teams.
• May 2 — DH at Concordia College-Moorhead (previously postponed from April 16) postponed again due to Concordia needingto reschedule a different conference DH for that date… the games have now been rescheduled for Thursday, May 5 beginning at 2:30 p.m.
• May 4 — DH vs. Martin Luther College canceled due to MLC needing to reschedule a conference game for that date… these games will not be made up.
Softball
• April 15 — DH vs Concordia College-Moorhead (previously postponed from April 2) postponed again… rescheduled for Monday, May 2 beginning at 2:00 p.m.
